OUR TEAM.

Donald Ferguson, Chairman of the Board

Donald Ferguson founded Land Dynamics in 1979, responding to a need for doctors to be closer to the communities they served and for patients to more easily access their office buildings within a more aesthetically pleasing environment. With a background in motivational program sales and finance, he started the business by highlighting the advantage of a medical office condominium concept to doctors in the early hours of the morning as they prepared to perform surgery at local hospitals. Don eventually secured enough investors to construct his first 24,000-square-foot medical office building which became the beginning of a successful real estate development company. In early 2018, he stepped away from his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Land Dynamics, but continues to remain engaged in the business as Chairman of the Board. As an active individual, this change has allowed Don to devote more time to other activities such as co-authoring books on self-improvement, traveling, hiking, biking and skiing.

Gary Wesolowski, Chief Executive Officer

Gary Wesolowski began his long-standing career with Land Dynamics in 1991, when he came on board as Controller shortly after graduating from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a degree in accounting. Within three years, Gary was named Chief Financial Officer/Executive Vice President, a position he held for more than 20 years. In 2018, he took over the reigns as Chief Executive Officer. As a licensed CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Gary has maintained a presence in the accounting profession throughout his tenure with Land Dynamics. He is a member of the AICPA and MOCPA, and has served in various capacities on the board of Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis. A hockey enthusiast who enjoys sharing his passion with area youth, Gary has served as a Team Manager of the St. Louis Rockets Hockey Club for the past ten years and is currently president and a board member of the Whitfield Hockey Association.

Kevin Aholt, Vice President, Construction

With more than 30 years of loyalty to the company, Kevin Aholt began his long-standing career with Land Dynamics as a carpenter and has since worked his way up the ranks to Superintendent, Project Manager and his current position, Vice President of Construction. In this role, Kevin oversees all aspects of construction and is heavily involved in project development. The Washington, Missouri, native and father of four is also a member of the school board of Crosspoint Christian School and takes to the fairways in his free time.
