Land Dynamics is committed to satisfying the commercial property needs of its tenants by acting as the sole point of contact. Our “full-service real estate solutions” begin with planning and design, continue through the construction and development phase, and extend into property management for the full duration of a tenant’s lease.
Service Construction & Development
With the aim of offering customized general office, medical office, industrial and retail facilities, Land Dynamics works with new tenants to align new or existing spaces with their specific needs. The construction and development process typically begins during the lease negotiation phase. At this point, Land Dynamics will bring in skilled architects, engineers and subcontractors to listen to the tenant’s needs, preferences and expectations for the space so that cost and scope of work can be identified. Once a lease is signed, we act as general contractor to secure the necessary zoning approvals, contract with pertinent construction trades and oversee all aspects of the construction project through its completion.
Property Management
Whether it’s a light bulb in need of replacing, parking lot in need of snow plowing or spring landscaping on the horizon, Land Dynamics is responsible for all of the day-to-day maintenance and seasonal upkeep – along with promptly handling the unexpected issues – that come with property ownership. We strive to make occupancy as easy and enjoyable as possible for our tenants by providing janitorial services, an on-call maintenance department, and well-maintained interiors and exteriors. Simply put, we take care of our tenants.
